Jasmina Salad

            Mixed greens with olive oil and lemon juice dressing (no cheese)

 
Shish Kebab

Grilled tenderloin of beef marinated in Moroccan herbs and spices, served with rice mixed with vegetables and olive oil

 
Chicken Kebab

Grilled brochettes of chicken breast marinated in Moroccan herb and spices, served with rice mixed with vegetables and olive oil

 
Salmon A La Marocaine

Salmon marinated in special Moroccan herbs and spices, broiled and served with rice mixed with vegetables and olive oil
