Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party 2010
 
This is a hard ticket event (which means you must purchase a special ticket to attend) that is held at Disney World's Magic Kingdom. At this party you will celebrate the Holidays in special style. Things to do at this party include Castle Dream Lights; Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade featuring Santa Claus; special Holiday Wishes - Celebrate the Spirit of the Season Fireworks; Celebrate the Season Castle Stage Show. You will also get free hot cocoa and cookies. In the past they have also had apple slices and cider for free. Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade is at 8:15 and 10:30 p.m.; Holiday Wishes fireworks is at 9:30 p.m. The party is from 7 p.m. till Midnight.
 
2010 party dates and times:

November 8, 11, 12, 16, 18, 19, 28, and 30;
December 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, 17, and 19

Prices for the party are as follows (all prices listed include tax):

Advance Purchase: $57.46 for adults 10 and older / $51.07 for ages 3-9 (Not available December 7, 10, 12, 17 or 19)

Passholder and DVC Member Discounts: $53.20 / $46.81 (Not available December 7, 10 through 19)

Day of Event (if still available): $63.85 /$57.46
 
Prices include tax.

Thanks Bret for posting this. I'm considering. I think that if I go to (Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. (MVMCP) I may stay out of the park for the day. I see we don't get a discount after the 10th. Is that because it's a popular time for DVC members to go?

Remember you can get in at 4 pm on your hard ticket the day you go. Even though the party does not start till 7 pm.....

That's the date that the ticket sales go up dramatically.  They don't need local and DVC member support.

I was thinking equal benefits for all DVC members.... I haven't found a lot of the perks that beneficial...
