Entering the line-up for the 2010 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival are the countries of Belgium and South Korea plus the return of Singapore. You'll see some Belgian steamed mussels, Singapore's shrimp cake (on a sugarcane skewer), and Korean bo ssam (lettuce wrap with roast pork)
Also new this year will be the 3D Delicious Dessert Discoveries, something similar to the Wishes Dessert party and includes some kind of 3D viewing. I don't have much information on that yet.
Available at the Festival Center, they will be offering a free "passport" showing the delicacies of each location so guests can track their way through the marketplace and make notes on what they've tried

Thanks Jym! We are considering a November trip and I want to get there to catch the tail end of the F&WF - it is one of our favourite Disney experiences.
Two years ago for DHs birthday I surprised him with one of the full-day wine schools in France on Wines of Burgunday - he loved it!
Every year is a new experience and it is always nice to try something different.
I love the Food and Wine Festival and it's always fun because there is so much new everytime. I have plans to go for Dec this year so I guess October is out for me. Thanks for the update Jym
