Downtown Disney Water Play...
Do you know that in TWO different locations they have locations that the kids can play in the water? One location is next to the Christmas shop as you enter from the bus stops. The other is at the main entrance between World Of Disney and Earl of Sandwich.
In the play areas they have little fountains that shoot water up from the ground. The spray on and off from multiple nozzles. The ground is cement so no mud to worry about. They have places for the parents to sit and watch the kids while they enjoy it..... This would also keep the kids busy while the other parent gets shopping done.
Just another thing at Disney for a few cents less.......
